Santorini Greek Restaurant is located on Crown Street in Darlington. It is family run and owned by renowned Greek chef, Georgios Latousakis.
Tzatziki
Tzatziki, is a dip made of salted yogurt mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs. The lighter choice to garlic mayonnaise with all the flavour!
Haloumi
Haloumi is a semi-hard, unripened, brined cheese made from a mixture of goat's and sheep's milk. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled.
Chicken Yeeros (Gyros)
Yeeros, also known as gyros, is a traditional Greek dish served warm wrapped in a flatbread or pitta bread. We use tender chicken thigh with pre-cooked seasoning makes.
